[He's half joking. He knows Leona isnt that type. He wants the lion after all]

[Leona snorts and closes his eyes.]

I cant really say much else.

[He shrugs]

What a way to boast a guy’s confidence.

[A grumble.]

You'll be fine. Sorry I don't want to exactly help you get with someone else.

[He grumbles back at him]

[He flicks his tail at him.]

[His tail flicks back though he does move when Iris comes over]

Did you make a wish, Papa?

[sunsetking]

I didn’t.

[He looks at his daughter. He’s always been weak for her.]

I trust in you to think you’d make a wish for both of us.

[She blinks at that. Ah, he does know her too well]

Papa, you're suppose to make one for you. Shooting stars are rare....

[Her ears slack a bit]

Can you tell me what you would've wished for?

For my daughter to live a happy and worry-free life.

[He blinks slowly.]

.....Papa.

[She pouts at him.]

[Another slow blink.]

Be more selfish. Please.

[She sighs softly. He's a good father.]

[sunsetking]

I think if anyone heard you, they'd think I'm plenty selfish.

[He shrugs.]

You're not though.

[She's just going to go over to him]

I've known that for years.

[Her smile is gentle]

You'd be one of the few.

[he reaches over to pat her head.

Ruggie raises a brow at the sight and holds back a snort. Yeah, if anything, Leona's definitely whipped for his daughter.]

[Iris gives a purr and leans into the pat. She's easy to please at least.

But more smores are made before it is getting too late and everyone starts packing stuff up. Rom carries the blankets inside and Seth brings in the dishes. Has Kagami in her arms, petting his back as she muffles a yawn of her own]

Are you coming, Papa? I think its time for bed.

[sunsetking]

Not yet.

[He looks over at her, having moved from the hammock to stand by the trees.]

You go in first. I'll be in there soon.

[Kagami is snoring in her arms, curled up while Ruggie is yawning, helping bringing in whatever's left.]

Alright...don't stay out too late.

[She loooks back at him before turning and heading inside. She'll just share a bed with Kagami and cuddle the cub tonight. But Leona is left alone outside with the quiet of the waves and the night.

Moroha is still further down the beach but she is sitting with her back against some rocks. She might of dozed off there for the moment. It is an oddly cool night.]

[Leona sighs, listening to Iris return inside before he finally starts walking.

It isn't long before he finds Moroha and he watches her for a moment. He doesn't really get it himself as to why he's drawn to her, but he knows what he feels. He carefully scoops her up in his arms, making sure she's comfortable, and starts heading back to the beach house.]

[bloodthirstydawn]

[Moroha naturally curls into him, nuzzling against his chest as she breaths out a small sigh. She relaxes against him before mumbling something about meat as she snores and her stomach gives a grumble]

[Is she dreaming about food?

It has Leona snorting.]

What a strange pup you are.

[She did miss out on dinner and smores. But she is oddly cozy in his arms. Her stomach growls again and it has her stirring this time as she starts to wake up. She grumbles and buries her face against him.

Another moment or two and she lazily moves a bit and blinks up at him through a sleepy gaze]

[sunsetking]

Finally awake?

[Leona sighs as he places her on the bed in the guest room.]

You were mumbling about food. There're still leftovers.

[She blinks slowly up at him]

....wha-- where am I?

[She sits up blinking lazily]
